September 12, 2025I moved to Castle Creek almost a year ago. What I appreciate most about this community is the people. The leasing office staff members are professional, kind, and creative. The maintenance team is responsive, kind, and hard working. The people who I encounter here are neighborly. This community is not perfect. The buildings are a bit older, and there are some things that are not my favorite. But the staff and neighbors mean more to me than all of those things. I see the staff putting a lot of ...effort into making repairs and keeping the community looking good. I see my neighbors too. Wonderful place

Wonderful place to live
December 18, 2024I’ve lived in Castle Creek for about 6 months now, and I truly love it. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to fix any problems, the club house has great amenities (coffee, a very solid apartment gym, meeting room), there are cute little holiday and community events (Halloween party, holiday gift wrapping station), and the apartments are fantastic. I love all of the finishes, the in unit washer/dryer, the ceiling fans, the Nest Home - I could go on. I see earlier reviews about thin walls, ...but I rarely ever hear my neighbors. The only cons are: • the insulation is not very great, so I do have to run my AC and heater consistently to stay comfy • no recycling option on the property! • lack of a proper external deadbolt • lack of proper trash handling for this size of community. The one dumpster overflows constantly None of these issues are a big enough deal to drop a star. This is easily the best place I’ve lived!Property Manager Responded

Amazing staff and community!

Luxury for a Reasonable Price
April 8, 2023I have lived at Caste Creek Apartments since August of 2021 and have enjoyed my time here. The location is great being in close proximity to everything you need. The amenities are updated and well maintained. The apartments give luxury for a reasonable price. The staff are always friendly, willing to help, and prompt with responses. The community is quiet, family and pet friendly. I've lived in 3 different apartment communities in the past 4 years and this one is by far my favorite.Review from Apartments.com
Poorly Built Complex.
October 28, 2021If you are thinking of living here please read. Castle Creek may look nice on the outside but there are many problems with this complex. The walls are paper-thin, interior and exterior, causing electric bills upward to $300 a month during winter times. These thin walls not only cause outrageous electric bills but allow you to hear everything your surrounding neighbors do and say. My next-door neighbor would blare music at all hours of the day and night. I would eventually have to wear ...earplugs to bed just to be able to sleep because there was nothing done by the apartment management. When letting management know about the problem, they basically told me that they would send them an email asking to quiet down but that would be as far as they would go. My only other option was to pay the termination fee and find another place to live. You can tell that this apartment complex was built cheaply and covered up with well-looking finishes to hide all of its problems. If there is another living situation you are considering, I would strongly recommend choosing that one. If you search the other one-star reviews they explained to have the same problem I had so I am not the only one.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
