February 17, 2025The area has a really bad pest issue. Won’t get rid of the skunk actively living here. Property manager brook says it’s “ a health concern “ for residents, yet refuses to get an exterminator.. since pest control can’t remove skunk. Maintenance also pics and chooses when they show up. My dishwasher flooded, and doesn’t run right. They told me not to use pods with Dawn.. when they plow, they pushed all the snow behind your car unfortunately. So u might get stuck:( . Amazing Place!
May 16, 2024I recently moved into my new apartment and couldn't be happier with my decision! My leasing agent, Anthony, made the process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Since moving in, I've only had good surprises. The apartment was in tip-top condition, exactly as advertised on the website. The amenities are great, the environment is beautiful, and there is plenty of parking available—all at a very reasonable price! Worst Apartment Ever
June 21, 2023DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. All the reviews are fake. They towed my car while I was on vacation. Apparently no one can go on vacation ever. This place is a literal piece of trash. The walls are too thin. I can hear my neighbors doing whatever at all times. I told the leasing office that the neighbors were being too loud, and many other residents have complained about these neighbors too. The leasing office basically told me to shut up. Best gym
February 11, 2022We moved in last summer. Anthony was our leasing agent. He did a great job communicating with us on everything. Dog park is great. The best thing about this complex is the gym. Good Once You Move In
February 2, 2022I lived here for a full year and overall, I enjoyed it. Great amenities, location, and neighbors. The apartments themselves were just okay, but they’re pretty cheap so you can’t expect anything too outstanding. Also, the maintenance staff was absolutely incredible - timely, polite, and did good work. However, the move-in process was a NIGHTMARE. After multiple instances of the staff just neglecting to tell me necessary information I needed to fill out forms, I finally got approved to live here. ...The day I was supposed to move in, I was told that my apartment was not ready and that I could either pick a new unit or wait. I had them pick a new unit, but toured it and it was filthy, musty, and definitely also not ready. We spent about an hour trying to find another one and eventually found a proper unit. The whole process left me super tired and frustrated. Once I got settled though, everything was fine. I’d still probably recommend this place to a friend, but would definitely warn them about the move-in process first.Property Manager Responded

Best Apartment Complex I've Ever Lived In
November 9, 2021When I moved to East Lansing from Ann Arbor, I could not believe how incredible this apartment complex seemed. I would be gaining double the square footage of my last apartment, for $200 less per month. I was blown away by how affordable the apartment was considering how extensive the amenities are. I have a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a balcony, and a personal water heater. In addition, Castle Point has an extremely well-kept ...indoor/outdoor pool. There is a park my son can play at, as well as, a volleyball court, a tennis court, and my personal favorite the basketball court. There is even pleasant scenery for walking around or morning jogs. The East Lansing school system nearby is great! Bus stops for schools and the city are easily accessible and safe for my 6-year-old. The maintenance is phenomenal, pleasant, respectful, and prompt. There has not been a single request that I have made that has not been resolved far beyond my expectations. I am extremely grateful to have found this place. A good place
November 6, 2021Always room for improvement but the staff are great and the apartments are nice. Laundry room is small but you're 5 minutes away from a laundry mat. The area is safe and nice and plenty of walking paths. O and cute ducks every yearProperty Manager Responded
