This apartment complex has gone down consistently since I’ve been a tenant. The floors and plumbing have always been terrible, you can hear everything from your neighbor’s sneeze to them turning on their shower. It wakes you up in the morning. We waited a year or not more for grilling area updates, only for it to be another year before we could use it then it did not work. Bugs are crazy, squirrels are crazy, neighbors leave out trash despite the trash bins being emptied regularly and management does not care as long as that person continues to pay their rent. You will smell smoking so be as thorough as possible when asking questions if you choose to rent here, because they purposely leave out information and later blame you for not asking.
