10/10 would do again
November 24, 2021We've lived here for little over 2 years and had no complaints. To be honest we didn't realize how good we had it here until we started apartment hunting due to work location change :) - Management communicates future works way in advance and they are quite responsive to inquiries - Not only maintenance promptly takes care of any issues, they also go above and beyond to make sure it doesn't happen again. That makes the overall experience much better for long term residents - Building is very ...well kept. That became much more obvious after we toured more than a dozen places in relatively high income areas - Never had an issue with noise within the building. I was genuinely surprised to read reviews that mentioned noise here. Either it was before our time or we were the noisy neighbors after all ? - Location is superb. It's a couple minutes walk away from a shopping center which has pretty much everything one might need. It strikes a good balance between a central location and quiet neighborhood I guess that pretty much covers everything. I was worried that experience would worsen after a management change in early 2020, however it's been nearly 2 years since then and it only got better. I definitely would look here first if I were to move back to this regionProperty Manager Responded

nice location and layout but noise is a problem
January 30, 2021I was looking for an apartment to rent and went to look around. Location and layout looked great. But before moving in I always like to talk to current tenants about any hidden issues. I was glad that I did: they told me that noise is a major problem. Units have hard floors in high traffic areas, but very poor noise insulation which is terrible idea, especially considering stay at home order. I work from home, and the noise is a serious issue. I would hate it if residents upstairs stumble on top ...of me all day long or complain about me disturbing them if I was on the upper level. Very stressful. A NICE place overall. Please read.
September 9, 2020A good place. But, if you ever had a neighbor who played glitch piano for hours every day at 9 O'clock in the morning and 2 O'clock in the afternoon like manic, you know what "piano situation" is. Just make sure you ask the manager, who is very nice and knowledgeable, which unit plays piano. You will probably need to be at least 2 or 3 units away not to hear it. During these working from home pandemic time, that's something you don't want during business hours when you are having meetings ...with your co-workers on zoom. Great place and great managment
December 20, 2019We have stayed in this apartment for exactly 6 years and we had to go back to our parent country for legal reasons. During our stay in those 6 years, we never had a complaint against they management. They always fixed maintenance requests on the same time and this was one of the major concerns I heard from many of my friends staying in different apartments. The apartment premises is secure and no one can enter in without a key. It is the safest place I have seen in all those years. Especially ...if you have kids, you don't want them to open the door and run on to the road and this is not possible in this apartment. Kids safe. The apartment itself is located at the center of silicon valley and everything is in walking proximity. We have safeway, CVS, Mc Donalds, Taco Bell, Some Grocery shops, Many other Eateries just near by. I can keep on writing and writing but I have to stop somewhere. Great place - better price - friendly manager
September 20, 2019I have been living in this community for more than 7 years. This apartment community has much better price compare to other neighborhood in the market. The backyard common garden, pool is beautiful. Overall, it is best place for the price you pay. Lidia is a friendly manager in this community. She is very responsive over email and phone. Even in the weekend also manager responds. Maintenance crew is very quick and always eager to help in fixing things. Loud, Noisy
June 6, 2018Lived here for 4 years. Tenants ignore rules, stay up until 1am making all kinds of noise. If you like peace, quiet, or the ability to sleep at night, this is not the place for you. Management and property maintenance is average.Review from Apartments.com
