HEAD MY WARNING
December 5, 2022My girlfriend and I, decided to start the process of moving into Castleton Manor. They called us the MORNING we were supposed to move in, saying they found ROACHES in the Unit. They provided us with two options from there, a full refund of deposit, or we could still move in and they would treat them. Obviously we chose the refund and found a more affordable/Professional place. Please don’t move here. The most unprofessional experience ever. PS: they pushed our move-in date back 3 times, so I ...assume they knew about this issue way sooner.Property Manager Responded

NO!!!
October 27, 2021after being here almost a year I recently have been get MICE ! I’ve never seen mice in an apartment and I’ve had a couple ! The office told me I have to wait another week for pest control to come I’m sick of the infestation! The office staff gets worse and worse !!Property Manager Responded

Pure disappointment
September 3, 2021I used to love living here. Been here for 5 years with no issues until this past January. Roach infestation!!! After begging and pleading, they let me move too another building that is also infested with roaches! The hot water heater is always broken and I’ve been trying to get my toilet fixed for weeks now. These apartments have gone down hill and I will not be renewing my lease!Review from Apartments.com

Fantastic staff
February 9, 2018It all starts with the fantastic staffing being so helpful with all our needs and questions. We love our apartment, the big floor plan with the huge closets including a walk in closet in our bedroom. I love the wood floors for easy clean up. The bathrooms and kitchen are my favorite parts of the apartment. Both so spacious with lots of room for storage. Everyone is so friendly to us and our boys. 3 Years and Counting
February 9, 2018I have been a resident at Castleton Manor for close to three years now. Out of all of the apartment complexes I have lived in Castleton Manor is my favorite! I love the size of my townhouse and the amenities. My neighbors are great, the office staff is amazing and the mainenance crew is top of the line. I hope to remain a resident of Castleton Manor until I become a homeowener. This is a great place to live and I love living in this area!Property Manager Responded

I feel at home
January 17, 2017I like when I need something faxed for me, they will do it because I am not good with computers. I like that they provide somewhere I can send my packages to until I get home from work. I like when you call them they don't waste no time trying to take care of the problem.
