1. maintenance personal is always pretty quick to respond to issues.
2. lawn guys stay on top of landscaping.
3. very friendly manager and approachable.
4. mostly quiet complex, no real issues.
5. rent is affordable.

paid $558 collectively and they ignored me to the point that i had to pay $320 for an extension on time, then was ignored and dodged until i wrote a bad review, where i was coerced to delete it without compensation, then about 2 weeks past when i should have been moved in they said i was rejected and approved my mothers application after she tried to cancel, and claimed to have sent me a $150 return check that was never delivered. they made us waste $320 and robbed us of $558 and we got nothing ...
to show for it. Maybe to them momey comes easy but thats 2 weeks hard earned pay right there that they took from us and refuse to return.

I’ve lived here for 6 years. Never had a problem. Management is awesome. Maintenance is great and right on top of any issue we’ve had. It’s nice quiet and the neighbors are very friendly.

Very peaceful place to call home. If in need of bus, there is a community bus stop nearby to get me around the county. Pool is always clean and maintenance is always available if my ac breaks down or anything else needs attention. I have lived here 12 years and we have never flooded here in hurricane or with major storms and vary rarely have power outages. Great area overall!

I've been living here for the past 5 years and i love it. The location is great, your just a 5 minutes away from schools, restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores. The manager and maintenance is on site so things get done when requested. Great place to stay, especially for contractors. Just a few minutes away from the plants.

I live in a friendly kid safe property that has a very nice pool and covered parking .the location is great you are surrounded by schools very convenient the maintenance is very punctual they will return your calls and take care of the problem at a precise time pet friendly as well couldnt ask for better managment over all a really great place to live
