Anything that doesn't is usually a major issue outside the scope of someone on site. Still is fixed in a timely manner. The property is quiet and there are not any loud disruptions, the most you'll get is lawn mowing. Manager is a great guy and so are the maintenance crew. They have gone through a lot of managment here and because of that things took longer to get taken care of that went wrong. I will say that Levi has been in the process of cleaning things up as far as organization on the property. Training for maintance could be better. The parking lot has lots of potholes, and the parking lines are quite faded. The appliances are a pretty outdated. The AC isnt the best in the summertime, it doesn't seem to cool down my apartment fully on the really hot days. But for the price, its overall a nice place to live, quiet neighbors and good management.
