November 14, 2025I like that it's quiet here; the Catalpa parking lot and buildings could use some work. I've lived here for 6 years now, and Maintenance has addressed my issues fairly quickly, but they could do better on the actual work itself because they always half-finish something. I have smelled a really bad odor in my hallway by the laundry room since I've moved in here. I'm very certain it could be mold and that it is under the building, and i just wanted this to be addressed.Review from Apartments.com

Everyone keeps to themselves, and it's very quiet here besides the train. the only problem I've ever had living here is getting someone to answer the phone in the office, and I've lived here for over a year now.
