Management helped out with a small parking feud that happened early on into me living here. They spoke transparently about what they could do to help and what was outside of their control. Make sure that any maintenance concerns you have are thoroughly communicated (and stay on top of it) and you'll be happy living here!

Anything that doesn't is usually a major issue outside the scope of someone on site. Still is fixed in a timely manner. They have gone through a lot of managment here and because of that things took longer to get taken care of that went wrong. I will say that Levi has been in the process of cleaning things up as far as organization on the property. Training for maintance could be better. I have had a few times where I didn't really trust what they were doing or telling me was wrong with the ...problem. it has been bad in the past but is getting better overall.Read More

The parking lot has lots of potholes, and the parking lines are quite faded. The appliances are a pretty outdated. The AC isnt the best in the summertime, it doesn't seem to cool down my apartment fully on the really hot days. But for the price, its overall a nice place to live, quiet neighbors and good management. I've lived here for 6 years now, and Maintenance has addressed my issues fairly quickly, but they could do better on the actual work itself because they always half-finish something. I have smelled a really bad odor in my hallway by the laundry room since I've moved in here. I'm very certain it could be mold and that it is under the building, and i just wanted this to be addressed.
