I wanted to be downtown but I didn’t want to pay the higher price of living right in the middle of broadway. Cathedral is affordable and is walking distance to all the events and restaurants downtown. Also the apartment units are modern and clean. FYI the rent includes underground parking and internet. Tenants are quiet and a lot of them work at the hospital across the street. I plan on staying here for a while. The rooftop patio is awesome in the summer. I plan on staying for a while.

I moved here, sight unseen, from Las Vegas, into an amazing little efficiency apartment. The staff are wonderful to work with and the location could not be better. I liked it so much that, after living here for two years, I moved to a two bedroom in the same building.

I've been living at Cathedral Lofts for four years now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The team at Collective is great—always responsive and genuinely committed to keeping the building in top shape. It's clear that they care about the property, and there's even a resident who helps with maintenance, which adds a nice personal touch. The apartment itself is a standout. I love the large windows (almost floor-to-ceiling) that flood the space with natural light. The finishes and appliances ...

are high-quality, and it feels like a modern, well-thought-out living space. The building is secure, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly, which makes for a peaceful environment. Another huge plus is the heated garage parking—it’s so convenient, especially in the winter. The fact that it’s pet-friendly is also a big win, making it a great place for anyone with furry friends. In the warmer months, the rooftop patio is a real highlight. There’s ample seating and a couple of community grills, making it a great spot for gatherings or just relaxing on a sunny day. The location is also ideal—it’s on the north edge of downtown, so it’s peaceful but still just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and events downtown has to offer, like the Red River Market in the summer. Overall, Cathedral Lofts offers a great mix of comfort, convenience, and community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained apartment in a fantastic location.
