Catman, as its residents call it, is a bit downscale. Perfect for your average college student or young professional, Catman features spacious rooms for an affordable price. However, all this space does come at the cost of somewhat sub-par customer service from the maintenance department. A few times this year, the hot water was shut off with little or no warning, and when warning was given, it inaccurately predicted the timing and duration of the shut off. be very sluggish to respond to requests. All that aside, however, Cathedral Mansions is a fine place to live on the comparatively cheap side.

The title of the building is Cathedral Mansions, but we here like to call it Catman and see it more fitting that the grand name its title implies. Lived here for 2 years now and it's a great college apt. Would not live here post grad though. It's super janky and the maintenance team is terrible to get a hold of. The pipes leak and the wall bubble from water damage. Water damage also has caused the bathroom ceiling to peal and stat falling down. The idea that Catman has of fixing these issue is to ...
scrape off the excess and paint over it....but that literally does nothing.
Other than that rooms are well sized and rent is reasonable for the size and location of being close to school.
