You're better off living on the street
July 27, 2023Everything is in disrepair and nothing gets done even if you try to call maintenance. When they finally send a 3rd party out to repair anything they give you the bill. This place used to be nice but has taken a serious downturn in recent years.Review from Apartments.com

October 1, 2020They sell you a dream. The outdoor roof leaks so badly that I have to exit off of my neighbors porch. I live in the townhome. Maintenance is not able to be contacted. The VM to the office is full. The had a live unsecured gas line in the basement that ultimately leaked gas that also combined with the Carbon Monoxide that was leaking from the hot water tank.Review from Apartments.com

July 3, 2017Trici was very nice and professional. As I gave her compliments and thanked her, "she said I'm just doing my job you don't have to thank me" . However you can tell when a person is going over and beyond their job. Meghan the maintenance tech was great.. she was very nice and professional as well. Townhome for mom and I
August 24, 2015The area is fairly quiet, not many disturbances. There was recently a change in management which made a few residents uneasy. The parking areas are changing and you may have to drive around a few times before finding a parking spot now. Of course there are details in the apartment that could be a lot better as in the neatness paintjobs, cheap appliances, and outdated extras. For me (a college student) and my mom (a full time nurse) i'ts a perfect layout, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, basement, living & ...dining room, and a kitchen. Pets are allowed.
