I moved out last year and I miss Cave Mill so much! I moved for my job and the apartment I’m in now is nice, and has all the bells and whistles, but not near as homey. It doesn’t have that personal touch and that extra something that Cave Mill Management had. Location was key for me and this was it. I really lucked out here.

I have lived in Cave Mill for several years. The location is great. The maintenance staff is fast, efficient, and helpful. The townhomes are very nice: garage, lots of space, privacy, comfort. Kitchens are huge for apartment-living. I recommend Cave Mill.

I moved to Cave Mill 16 months ago from CA. Leasing Staff are very friendly and took care of all needs. its peace full location and Friendly Neighbours. Community is near to all Major shopping malls.

I've lived in the townhomes here at Cave Mill since 2019 and I have had zero complaints! The area is quiet, the buildings are in great shape, and there are lots of amenities to enjoy (pool, exercise room, theater room, community holiday events, and more)! They are also pet-friendly, which is hard to find with newer rental areas. I would give this place 6 stars if I could!
