Love this place!
November 1, 2022I moved out last year and I miss Cave Mill so much! I moved for my job and the apartment I’m in now is nice, and has all the bells and whistles, but not near as homey. It doesn’t have that personal touch and that extra something that Cave Mill Management had. Location was key for me and this was it. I really lucked out here.Review from Apartments.com

A Place You Wanna Call Home (Name Correction)
February 8, 2022I’ve lived at Cave Mill Apartments for little over a year now. And I can say it’s a perfect place to call home. I live in the Cascade Model and it is absolutely perfect for a one person, and the balcony size is one of my favorite features. But another reason that makes Cave Mill such a wonderful place to live is the property manager, Trinity, assistant, Jennifer and the rest of the staff!! They are always fast to respond if I ever have a question or concern. And when something maintenance needs ...to done, they are right on it! Lastly the location is great! Kroger, the mall, Walmart, target, and TONS of restaurants are literally at our front door. I could seriously go on! January 7, 2022I’ve lived at Cave Mill Apartments for little over a year now. And I can say it’s a perfect place to call home. I live in the Cascade Model and it is absolutely perfect for a one person, and the balcony size is one of my favorite features. But another reason that makes Cave Mill such a wonderful place to live is the property manager, Trinity, assistant, Kelsey and the rest of the staff!! They are always fast to respond if I ever have a question or concern. And when something maintenance needs to ...done, they are right on it! Lastly the location is great! Kroger, the mall, Walmart, target, and TONS of restaurants are literally at our front door. I could seriously go on! Very quiet, pet-friendly, and in a great location!
December 30, 2021I've lived in the townhomes here at Cave Mill since 2019 and I have had zero complaints! The area is quiet, the buildings are in great shape, and there are lots of amenities to enjoy (pool, exercise room, theater room, community holiday events, and more)! They are also pet-friendly, which is hard to find with newer rental areas. I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Trinity is a great manager and so is the assistant--they're always planning fun events for the residents and it is much ...appreciated.
