    The experience has been great so far, neighbors have been kind already and introduced themselves. Community has been calm and very clean, feels good to call it home. Loving the layout and space of Apartments has a very home feeling instead of apartment.

    Move in was so easy. Have not had any problems at all. So far so good! It’s quiet and peaceful. I was worried about the parking lot noise seeing that the bedroom faces it but you honestly cannot hear anything at all!

    The office staff responded immediately to my request for an exterminator. The staff placed my request the same week for Terminex to come and followed up with me. Caveness Farm has always been very helpful! The Terminex staff came but did not follow the order directions, I plan on writing a poor review on theTerminex web site.

    We had a problem with the master bathroom toilet. Randy came in and replaced the part. He works quickly and professional. We want to thank him for his handling of the problem.

    My move in experience was very simple and I did very little outside of completing the application and providing necessary documentation. The staff made the entire process smooth and easy. The staff are always happy to answer any questions and are very helpful. I especially love the parking, there are plenty spaces in front of each bldg.

    It must be a great place to live since we’ve been here since 1998! We’ve lived in all 3 apartment styles, 1.2 and now the 3 bedroom cottage. The staff is really wonderful and the maintenance team is top-notch.
