My experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. They were knowledgeable. The apartment was clean when I moved here. I love the amenities that they have here and I love the lake this year somewhere to go to just absorb the peace this year. Everything was clean the community is amazing is quiet. Move in was so easy. Have not had any problems at all. So far so good! It’s quiet and peaceful. I was worried about the parking lot noise seeing that the bedroom faces it but you honestly cannot hear anything at all!

The office staff responded immediately to my request for an exterminator. The staff placed my request the same week for Terminex to come and followed up with me. Caveness Farm has always been very helpful! The Terminex staff came but did not follow the order directions, I plan on writing a poor review on theTerminex web site.
