Every 2-bedroom apartment includes a bathroom directly accessible within the master bedroom and the convenience of a second "guest" bathroom. Every apartment includes a large capacity washer/dryer combo unit. Your kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and state of the art stove, a large dishwasher, an over-sized microwave and garbage disposal in a modern kitchen sink. Mailboxes are conveniently located in our spacious lobby. There is a wonderful rooftop garden with ample seating, and it provides a fantastic view of the surrounding hills and of our well-known Ithaca sunsets. We include FREE parking, and additional amenities are available including heated garage parking, EV Charging and storage units. Pets (under 30 lbs.) are welcome. This is a No-Smoking property. Heat, hot water, High-speed Wi-Fi and Cable TV is included in the rent.
