Roaches
November 20, 2021This place has a really bad roach problem . There’s roaches in every room . Roaches in your bed with you , roaches in the shower with you and even roaches swimming in your cereal . This place has a lot of potential but they have to fix the roach problem first . They are everywhere . People come every other month to exterminate but nothing is working obliviously . I have lived here for two years and still see the same amount of roaches I seen when I first moved in .Review from Apartments.com
New Management who dis?
January 21, 2021I have lived here at this property and have been through three property management companies and have to say that Riverwood Management is by far the best! They came in and took the time to clean up the property. They installed benches in the courtyard paid to get brand new mailboxes, apartment hallway flooring, and brand new security doors. Riverwood took the time to ask the residents what they wanted in a place to live and listened to us. They are cleaning up the “problematic” residents and I ...for one appreciate them.
