  • Not Paying for what I get

    My roommate and I have been living her for almost 2 years and our experience has been good and bad here. For the first 8-9 months, we both felt like we found a perfect place and the price was decent. After that period, more people were moving in and out constantly plus we started to have hot water issues and to this day we still do. The Hot water heater got replaced because we stated that we at time had no hot water at all. Now we have the issue of no happy medium. The water is either really hot ...
    with no cold water or just plain cold with no hot water. The maintenance guy is super nice, however whenever we call, in the evening he doesn't answer, So we call the finance woman to ask if we could talk to him and she gets super grumpy about it. I am not going to recommend this place nor look for another apartment from this company. For the price that my roommate and I pay this shouldn't be a problem.
