February 3, 2025Has potential… Toured 2 different floor plans. Each building we went to the apartment was on the 3rd floor. Every flight we went up, there was garbage in front of most tenants doors. There was a disgusting mattress at the end of the hallway leading into the unit we were touring. The units themselves were not cleaned. Garbage and bottles on the floor. One unit still had furniture left over from previous tenant. The toilet and sink in the bathroom looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a long ...time. My partner and I were shocked that we were allowed to tour apartments in such disarray. We did like the vaulted ceilings on top floors, it made the apartment appear bigger. They have potential to be nice units, however, we were not impressed with all the amount of garbage there was on each flight leading to units. (They could have garbage pickup and we just happened to be there before it was picked up). The pictures online made the apartment look nicer than it did in person. For the square footage the rooms are small and would not fit our king sized bed comfortably. Again, they do have potential but they were not what we were looking for.Property Manager Responded
