January 31, 2025Well, they could have done better with the apartment. Still needs some work done to the apartment. The walls need to be repainted and the bathroom was not clean and I believe that they need to replace the counter in the bathroom. Since they moved me from one apartment it was not going to be ready by the move date was upsetting. And not being able to see the apartment beforehand. Can't them for that since I was desperate but it still should have been a little cleaner.Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025Living here has been good except for invasion of privacy by the maintenance staff. The cleaners stopped cleaning the stairs and hall way. Also Visitor's parking tag should be available.Property Manager Responded

December 29, 2024My dish washer didn't have a basket for the silverware and it still had leftover food at the bottom of it, my stove still had dried up cooking grease on it, i found two roaches in my kitchen, and my patio area was left dirty with debris, the dryer still filter was filled with dusty lint. I am a very clean person, that's how i was raised, i wiped down my apartment and plan to take care of it as long as im here.Review from Apartments.com

November 14, 2024I have some fantastic neighbors and others not so fantastic or sanitary with their trash and the trash chute, garbage goes down the chute not near it or in front of it.... Other than that issue ,it's really been pleasant staying here...Property Manager Responded
