    Don’t do it! They are merely giving you a bait to get your money. I applied for a unit and their heightened incompetence was vivid during the process. After paying $150, $50 for application and the $100 for application fee, they kept telling me that my application wasn’t complete. I forwarded my documents and the incomplete status was the same. That was after taking the $150. Their porter could take the fees, even when they deem it to be incomplete. Their deception will soon be known to all. ...
