Largely an attractive property and conveniently located, but expensive considering units have no a/c or in-unit laundry and there's substantial freeway and boulevard noise. A minor quibble: they don't replace plants that have died, nor do they have landscaping behind one of the buildings.Review from Apartments.com

September 24, 2024The floor plan is great. However I’m finding I dislike the key fob system. Getting groceries in is a hassle. The door won’t prop open (the hook is bent on the door). Getting locked out on a weekend if you forget your fob is a pain. The pool/hot tub closes earlier than most other apartments that remain open until 10pm. Not having patio storage is difficult. Most apts offer that and you don’t have to pay extra The pet screening paperwork is rediculous and complex compared to other apts. the ...amount of info required is beyond necessary The carport lights shine in my window brightly No natural light.
