    Maintenance take care of the apartment, staff are friendly and the people who live here are great. They also were willing to work with us and our accommodations for ESA pets. Love it here

    A year in and still love living here. Still gald I chose this place. Very quiet, laundry facilities always clean, plenty parking and I feel safe here.

    It’s quiet and comfortable . Love the on-site storage. The few neighbors I’ve met are nice . Laundry Lounge is clean. Easy parking. Well maintained landscaping. I would recommend checking it out.

    Such a great place to live! I’ve loved my giant balcony, the pool was fun in the summer, it’s great to be able to run downstairs to grab a drink or snack from the vending machines. Highly recommend

    Happy to renew our lease a second year. Great amenities and living spaces. We enjoy access to nearby trails, shopping centers and outdoor recreation without being in the main city. Office staff is friendly and great to work with.

    The floor plan is great. However I’m finding I dislike the key fob system. Getting groceries in is a hassle. The door won’t prop open (the hook is bent on the door). Getting locked out on a weekend if you forget your fob is a pain. The pool/hot tub closes earlier than most other apartments that remain open until 10pm. Not having patio storage is difficult. Most apts offer that and you don’t have to pay extra The pet screening paperwork is rediculous and complex compared to other apts. the ...

    The laundry room is so cool! I'm happy to live here and my apartment has a vent for a portable a/c! I've never had a double sized patio before!
