Are they shorthanded? Yes, but I have never had a problem getting any issues fixed within a timely manner. People keep to themselves which is nice, and the office and maintenance folks are the best. I loved my two years here

I would gladly give this place zero stars, we had nothing but issues here. When we left there was only one lady that was running maintenance, and she was constantly overwhelmed. We had a few incidents that were "emergency maintenance" calls that were responded to several hours later. One example, our apartment was a two-story townhouse. The upstairs bathroom flooded, after a while it started flooding the downstairs kitchen. By the time maintenance showed up both the bathroom and the kitchen were ...

flooded. I ended up having to clean it myself, and the rest of it (i.e. the shorted electrical outlets and lights) took a few weeks to get fixed. After that the kitchen had a bad smell until we moved out. I eventually stopped calling for maintenance because it just didn't happen. They also kept our deposit when we moved out, even though on the walk through we were told the place was "really clean."
