I had the opportunity to never live here as the day I had my tour, I saw everything I wanted to avoid. The grass and area were disgusting, dog poop and trash buildup. The leasing agent, or what they would like to call him, was late to the appointment. He was smoking and came up nonchalantly asking if we had been helped, when he was the only one at the office. His demeanor was off and spoke quietly, which upon request to speak louder, did so with an attitude. On the tour, the apartments looked ...

awful. I know it's am older building but the lack of care is noticeable. It also smelled horrid, weed and something more. The security isn't good either cause not all of the apartments have a working device. The actual room we went into to tour was currently being fixed and while the leasing agent was saying only a few things had to get done, it was still lacking. Do yourself a favor, if they don't care about the leasing agent, the grounds, or the apartments themselves. They won't care about you

On 5/14/21 I was schedule to move in this place. Upon arrival to sign my lease with my uhaul truck and all, I was informed that they didn’t have an apartment available for my expecting wife and myself. They showed us two back up apartments, a one bdr and two bdr, both not ready for move-in. One bdr would be too small for us and the two bdr was mouse infested, literally traps all over with dead mice on them. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had, and I was stationed in Japan for 5 years. ...

Then they are refusing to pay me for my moving cost inconvenience of $125 for the uhaul (all that I am asking for) and I am still waiting on the $500 refund of the deposit. I spent a whole week homeless as I searched for another property to rent. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If you want to live in a place where your constantly being lied to, then this place is for you. This is the worst place I've ever lived. The maintenance is rude, they don't like to maintain the trash. If you come here looking to rent just take a look at the dumpster areas. They haven't picked up trash in over a month. Yet they charge monthly for trash. They over charge for gas. My gas bill went from average $40 a month in the winter to almost $100 a month. The mice are a constant problem and they ...

By my move-in day I still hadn't gotten my lease, so on my move-in day I had to sit in their little community building and read through 80 some pages of the lease, instead of inspecting the apartment with the little time I had that morning (work day, you understand). What did I get when I moved in? Mice above my cabinets. A fridge full of mold, with a broken light and broken compartments. And professional wrestlers practicing body slams on a regular basis right above me. I've been waiting on ...

maintenance to address my refrigerator growing mold for nearly two months now since moving in. First time they came in to address problems I hadn't raised. Second time they came around they cleaned the freezer and ignored the rest of the fridge. And I'm still waiting for them to come back around to address it. And when I say the fridge is growing mold, let me be clear, it's growing from within the fridge's frame. It's not something that is easily cleaned off without taking the fridge apart. Nevermind the fact that I should never have been given a fridge in such a disgraceful state.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I was set to move in March 1st. The model apartment they showed me was so nice but when i viewed the apartment i was set to move into there were mice holes in the floors the paint was chipped and peeled off the walls. There where gaping holes in the bathtub and shower and there was a rust and dirt ring in the bathtub. There were dead roaches in the closet and kitchen. The carpet which they were NOT intending to replace had huge black stains all over it and was falling apart. ...

This looks like a CRACK HOUSE, Falling apart piece of trash!!!!!! You can find a better apartment in inner city Baltimore And to make matters worse once i told them the apartment was terrible they did not apologize they did not offer me a better apartment and they refused to refund my deposit. Thank you for your response and we hope that you can find a place that suits your needs. When you arrived on Monday 2/26, we let you know during the inspection that the apartment was not finished yet and the carpets still needed to be cleaned. You were offered a different unit over the phone on Tuesday but when that was offered, your response was that you wanted to go a different direction. The documents that you signed stated that you understood that you would not receive the deposit back if you withdrew the application. We have nothing to hide and we have many happy residents here at Cedar Place, we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Although you have not chosen our community, we wish you well in your search for a new home.
