Households must meet income eligibility requirements within 60%–80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size. All new residents must also be willing to become cooperative members and participate in the required cooperative education. Choose from thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 506 to 690 square feet with washer/dryer connections. Beyond your front door, Cedar Place offers a community designed for ease and enjoyment, with an on-site dog park, responsive on-site maintenance, and ample parking. The pet-friendly atmosphere and serene surroundings make it easy to feel right at home. This project funded in part by the Barnes Affordable Housing Trust Fund of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County.
