Amazing Apartments
August 11, 2023I've lived in these apartments for almost 3 years and thats big for me cause usually like most places the environment or vibe of a place changes and it doesn't feel safe anymore but here at Cedar Point it still feels like the first day i walked into the office to do my application. The people were very friendly with great conversation and a amazing welcoming feeling to be aparts of their community with fast call backs on any maintenance problems or security problems you might have. As for the ...complex or apartment me and my daughter stay in we love it a love very roomy for just two people and affordable even with the cost of living as it is now a days lol, they keep the yard clean and cut and for the summer the pool is always cleaned and ready for the kids to have a blast and if not that the complex is surrounded by amazing activities like a basketball court and soccer field but like most if you dont wanna be outside they have a great Recreation Center with a library. They have great schools with good education and the best part about that is they are right across the street for those that love to save gas lol but dont waste time and come on in and get you a home here at Cedar Point i promise you wont be disappointed. Love these apartments
August 18, 2020They are relatively clean and dont have any problems. Maintenance calls are answered pretty timely and the office is very good at communicating and working with you as long as you let them know exactly what's going on. They have been pretty flexible with us during times where we have had to pay rent late due to COVID or other circumstances as we let them know. They only want your money. They don't care.
June 19, 2020So I took over a lease for a friend for the summer and signed the lease the beginning of June. On May 14 they sent out an email stating that we now need a parking sticker or our vehicle will be towed. I got no notification about this and it is not in the lease that i need a parking sticker. They said that "there are signs at the entrance", however there are EIGHT different entrances. The one in front of my apartment said nothing about a sticker anywhere. However I also registered the vehicle when ...I signed the lease, and never got a sticker. Even so My truck got towed and is going to take $300 to pick up and they have refused to help in any way. They also never get to maintenance requests, and when they do its half way done. The dish washer in my apartment isn't even screwed in... Its just siting there and if you pull the rack all the way out the dishwasher falls over. DO NOT LIVE HERE!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 14, 2016This was literally the worst decision I've ever made. The staff is rude.. maintenance is horrible and don't forget to tag in an extra hundred dollars for your water bill plus your rent. The apartment is infested with bugs I'm about to risk my credit just to break my lease cause I just can't do it any more. I was just trying to save some extra money but I see you really do get what you paid for..Review from Apartments.com
