August 14, 2015I will begin with the pros and then give a list of cons Pros: tall ceilings make it seem spacious, plenty of room for two people, has dishwasher, laundry machines in every apartment, central air(my favorite), large enough water heater for multiple showers. The buildings are newer and the carpets and walls are in good condition and free from stains. Almost always parking directly in front of our building, if there isn't there is one very close. Price is not too bad either. Cons: there aren't ...many problems with this place. The biggest problems I have ran into are with plumbing. Our master bathroom the hot and cold in the shower are hooked up backwards. The other problem is The drain makes a popping noise often that sounds like a knocking on the pipes. Certain doors also don't latch. But all in all this is a great apartment. The lease is long and is daunting when reading. There are a lot of rules but there aren't any that are unreasonable. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to rent in SW Pennsylvania.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
