Friendly Staff, Nice Apartments
June 12, 2020The staff here are amazing. They have been so kind and have worked with me on the application process. They are incredibly friendly and willing to help. The area is nice. It’s secluded at the end of the street in a wooded setting. The apartment is clean and renovated. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping their units nice. Great Apartment!
August 10, 2015We love where we live. Our place is very spacious,comfortable, safe and quite. Everyone is friendly and the owners are always willing to help with anything. Also, we are minutes from all highways and downtown Cincinnati. Very close to everything you need and wonderful little coffee shop just down the road. Water, steam heat and trash is included. We only have to pay for electricity. Dogs are allowed in some buildings, but not ours. We have a cat. My husband and I have never had any problems here ...and we have lived here for four years. Not recommended unless you can visit the property
February 2, 2014There are two kinds of apartments here. Since I could not visit the property, I was put into an old-fashioned apartment. I was expecting to move into an apartment shown in the first picture. The place is OK. You will get what you pay for. One complaint is that the apartment gets freezing cold when the temperature gets below 0, and there is nothing you can do about it (you cannot control the heating system.). My conclusion is that If I knew about the apartment into which I moved in advance, I ...would have chosen a different apartment somewhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Pretty good for families of two.

The people are polite, and the Apartments themselves are Cozy and comfortable without feeling too big or cramped.
