    These apartments are great because of their price and location. Park hills is a very safe and beautiful community. Many people in the neighborhood go on walks with their children and dogs. The apartments are also tucked away in a location so that nobody comes to the complex that does not live there. The apartment is also about 5-10 minute drive away from Cincinnati Red's stadium and downtown Cincinnati / Covington. I work in downtown Cincinnati and my commute is only 15 minutes. This is the best ...
    price option in the area if safety and proximity to downtown are important. Additionally, the staff are very helpful. Anytime maintenance is requested they come the same day and fix things appropriately. My apartment does not have a dishwasher or balcony which both would be very nice, but again for the price given the location and safety it is a trade off that I am happy with.

    The staff here are amazing. They have been so kind and have worked with me on the application process. They are incredibly friendly and willing to help. The area is nice. It’s secluded at the end of the street in a wooded setting. The apartment is clean and renovated. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping their units nice. So far I have nothing but good things to say about Cedar Ridge and am so excited to call it home!

    Lived here for 3-4 years and I absolutely loved it. Great place for small families and young professionals. Very clean, friendly staff, and a great deal. Lovely neighborhood to boot; not too far from the city, but also far enough away from the busy city. Would highly recommend.

    We love where we live. Our place is very spacious,comfortable, safe and quite. Everyone is friendly and the owners are always willing to help with anything. Also, we are minutes from all highways and downtown Cincinnati. Very close to everything you need and wonderful little coffee shop just down the road. Water, steam heat and trash is included. We only have to pay for electricity. Dogs are allowed in some buildings, but not ours. We have a cat. My husband and I have never had any problems here ...

    There are two kinds of apartments here. Since I could not visit the property, I was put into an old-fashioned apartment. I was expecting to move into an apartment shown in the first picture. The place is OK. You will get what you pay for. One complaint is that the apartment gets freezing cold when the temperature gets below 0, and there is nothing you can do about it (you cannot control the heating system.). My conclusion is that If I knew about the apartment into which I moved in advance, I ...
