February 5, 2025Before I found CRB, my choices seemed low for anything comfortable & affordable. I did not feel hopeful to find my new home. I have been here for 14 months. Everything I needed & wanted was here, plus more extras. I am so happy & comfortable. My view is not of the river but of the sunrise, which I prefer. There is lots of light, and the door leading to my balcony patio gives me even more light. Storage is wonderful. I love the high ceilings and the excellent quality of everything. The security ...leaves me safe, & the area has no through traffic. The area is very private and suitable for quiet morning walks. I love having a walk-in pantry and clothes closet. Everyone is friendly in my building. I don't hear my neighbors. I needed maintenance for a few minor issues in the year, which was immediately resolved. The washer and dryer in the unit is another wonderful bonus. Last summer, I used the large community room for my granddaughter's birthday party. We had everything we needed. Utilities are low due to the excellent, well-insulated windows & building. Bottom line: this is my wonderful new home, and I'm so proud to have family and friends visit.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
