The apartment has worked out great for the last 2 years. It is very affordable and convenient with covered parking, 2 elevators, loading dock, trash chute, laundry room, and an easy walk to activities and restaurants in downtown CR. Shelby (landlord) is super friendly and great at communicating what's going on and coming up. Maintenance is quick to fix issues with no surprise visits. I love the large windows!

I have lived here for almost a year and I have had a great experience. The management is extremely friendly and gets maintenance requests taken care of in a timely manner. It feels very secure and safe. The location to downtown and I-380 is perfect and makes everything a quick drive. Lots of night life and fun opportunities in walking distance, especially in the summer. The parking garage is a great bonus especially with cold and snowy Iowa winters. I would really recommend this building!

Apt not bad but cost a fortune to heat and cool it! windows are old and VERY crafty! No vent in bathroom.Not always a covered spot in garage because not allowed to park on the 1st 2 floors that are covered. Only good thing is location.

Moving out of my parents house and into the Cedar River Tower was by far one of my best decisions. I got an amazing view of the river and my utilities were very cheap and free cable!! Management is very personable and reasonable. This was a great location to live at, as it was in walking distance of many bars and restaurants and also right next to 380. The building is very secure and the parking garage is even nicer! Highly would recommend this place to anyone!

I love my sunny, cozy, great-view apartment in this well constructed, well managed, safe and sound high-rise.
For me, the downtown location is ideal and provides quick access to I-380 and anywhere in
Cedar Rapids.
Plus, I can walk to many nice places, such as a nice restaurant or cafe or the adjacent park.
Electrical power, water pressure, and hot water availability are excellent.
I love the on-site parking ramp, which is superior to what most apartments had to offer
when I was looking for an ...
apartment.
The on-site management and maintenance staff are personable, caring, and responsive.
And the tenants are nice.
I cannot think of a place in Cedar Rapids where I would prefer to live.
When I found my apartment, it seemed like a blessing and it has proven to be that.
If you are looking for an apartment,
I recommend that you take a careful look at Cedar River Tower.
