August 10, 2015The management will not harass you nor pester you at all. You are free to landscape if you want to. The location is close to shopping and a new supercenter is being built. On the other hand, the owners are cheap to the core - every unit that has a 2nd story also has ceiling repairs from water leaks. The leaks don't get fixed, repairs are cosmetic. I had 1 neighbor move after their 1st floor ceiling collapsed from a leaking sewage line between floors. I have had my ceiling repaired twice, but ...I no longer risk using the upstairs plumbing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
