Great apartment for the cost
September 28, 2015The apartment is updated and clean. Our neighbors are quiet and private. Any repairs needed are taken care of quickly and efficiently. The rent is average and the Avista bill is very low. We are very pleased with our experience here. The only drawback is that there is rarely a parking space at night once you're off of work if your given space is already occupied by another housemate.Review from Apartments.com
