Maintenance is worse, and they won't respond to your calls and requests. finally when you are vacating they won't give your deposit back. i have stayed one year and paid 2 months deposits. All unnecessary charges they will add and will not give back not even single penny. won't suggest this bad community apartments are too old.

Extremely Dis-satisfied with the way Cedar trace handles maintenance. In last 3 month the heating system has stopped working and been out for 40 days that too when the temperature dropped to -26. Every time it rains our dishwasher backs up and floods the kitchen which they say they cannot fix. Our bathroom and hallway flooded with water coming up from under the carpet and they just fixed what was causing the water to come thru, apparently it happened before because our bathroom smells moldy, the vanity wood is rotten at the bottom from water damage and there are spots on the hall carpet where it floods. We have had no air or heat for 2 weeks despite putting in a request to have it fixed. ...
