This used to be a very active environment for seniors. There are no longer any Planned Social Activities, Business Center, Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Community Events, Library, or Computer Cente. Management has notified tenants that all prior amenities will no longer be available. All the activities that the elderly tenants relied upon for social gatherings have been terminated, with the manager saying she does not have the time to deal with such activities.

Do not move here. Unsafe, and too many homeless people are breaking into cars and digging in the trash. Cedar Villas is a senior apartment complex. There used to be activities for the elderly tenants, but there has been nothing for the last two years. They have a clubhouse, library, and computer room, but tenants are not allowed to use the facilities any more. Most times, the security gates, both for cars and pedestrians, are wide open. Many of the security lights are burnt out and have been for ...
over a year. The old management listened to tenants and corrected issues of concern. The manager lady now is not liked by the tenants. She has been known to yell at tenants, and she does nothing to help. Most times, she plays video games on her phone.

Laundry facilities provided. This is a gated community with grounds that are in immaculate condition. We have a friendly staff that goes out of their way to help you.
