Do Not Move In Here
August 12, 2015The owners raise the rent every year. They do not care about the tenants. The noise from 2nd floor apartments is like thunder because the apartments are so old and not well maintained. There have been break-ins as well.Review from Apartments.com
OVER PRICED
December 3, 2013These apartments are totally overrated and overpriced. The owners raise the rent EVERY year. The couple that do the leasing and maintenance are very nice but they cannot fix anything unless the owner/apartment manager (both are NOT on site) say it's approved. They can't even call a plumber, buy parts etc. So things take forever to get fixed. The owners do not care about their tenants safety, needs. They think they can easily rent the apartments so do not care if the tenants are happy.Review from Apartments.com
Condo feeling
July 17, 2013Cedar Village is like living in a condo style apt.There is no noise other than the few children playing on the beautifully landscaped property.I have lived here for 7 yrs & love the w/d & other amenities as well as the public transportation(bus & train) to NYC.The supers are always on the property and everybody knows each other.If your looking for your home type feeling this is the place for you & me.Review from Apartments.com
