very limited parking, and with that being said they will not care to do anything about any vehicle that remains covered and standstill for multiple months. even if you reach out, it will fall on deaf ears. i hope you enjoy a long walk because that's what you'll have to do to get home every day :)

Megan, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. We do understand your frustration. However, we do not have assigned parking and it is first come first serve. it is unreasonable to tow a vehicle that is not in violation of any community parking rules such as blocking a garage that is rented by another resident or county/state laws, as the vehicle is properly registered, it is not illegally parked in a handicapped space, or fire lane. We cannot force the owner to move their vehicle. The vehicle in question is not the residents main transportation or daily vehicle but it does in fact move. We always strive to provide top quality service to every resident or guest and I am truly sorry we are not able to resolve this matter to your satisfaction by having a vehicle towed illegally.

Before I even signed my lease I knew this was going to be a great experience. Jennifer my lease agent was just so amazing, she was polite, very flexible gave me no problem even after changing apartments last minute. Sylvia the property is so supportive, I ran into an incident and felt unsafe I was embarrassed calling and she made the embarrassment go away, she even let me transfer unit and worked with me so I can. These people are human, the understand life happens and they treat you as such. ...

They are not people that just want their rent money, they work with you. The place is beautiful, the view is beautiful worth every penny. I love the leasing staff and will never forget the experience and how they treated me. I will be here until I buy my home.

DO NOT BE FOOLED, CELEBRATION POINTE IS NOT WORTH SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO LIVE IN. ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE WITH YOUR APARTMENT BE READY TO HAVE THEM TAKE MONTHS TO FIX. THIER MAINTENANCE GUYS DONT KNOW CRAP, THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO CLEAN THE GROUNDS, ANYTHING NEEDING FIXED INSIDE HOME FORGET ABOUT IT....ALSO, CHEAP APPLIANCES, GATE NEVER WORKS, AND OH THERE WAS A CRIME IN ONE OF THE UNITS. I REPEAT AGAIN DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET, THERE'S MORE ISSUES BUT TOO MUCH TO WRITE.

Awesome Place to live. The staff is extremely friendly. The young lady Ashley and Leti was really helpful when it came to signing my lease agreement. They answer all my questions annoying question. The manager Anissa made me feel at home, with her open door policy. I LOVE IT HERE!

I just moved out from Celebration Pointe only because i just brought my first house. I have lived here for a little over 1 year, It was the Best time for me. Since the first time that I met Rossana " the Assistant property manager at that time" I felt that my experience in this place will be amazing. The professional way that she treated with gave me that feeling. One more factor adds up to my experience is the maintenance team, specially the supervisor Adam. Finally, I though that am not going ...

to meet more great people in the management but I was fortunate to meet Branden the new the Leasing manager. Although it was not so much time but it was enough to show how amazing he is. I doubt they'll publish this review but I need to warn other people about leasing with this "Luxury" apartment complex. I moved in less than a year ago in July 2016 and I've had multiple problems with the apartment...from appliances breaking to bugs entering the residence because of poor weather stripping along the doors. I've been waiting for almost FOUR weeks to get my dryer repaired and they are STILL dragging their feet. After using my own money to go to a laundromat for two weeks they ...

finally gave me a key to another apartment to wash and dry my clothes. But that just encouraged them to continue to waste time ordering and repairing my unit. I'm the mother of a special needs child that occasionally soils her clothing and bedding. Since I can't leave her alone I've had to wait long periods of time before I can even wash her soiled clothes. I've even had to walk in the rain to get clothes cleaned since I have to travel to a different apartment building. The manager never returns your phone calls (pray that you can catch her in the office or she picks up when you call) and the staff is incompetent. It's supposed to be a gated community but they apparently can't figure out how to get the gate to work. Common sense would tell them to use a different contractor that knows what they're doing. There's supposed to be a playground for kids....It's still not built. I thought it would be cool being the first person to live in the apartment but it has been nothing but a headache. Take your money somewhere else because I will definitely be doing the same.
