Terrible
August 8, 2024Moved in and problems started. Left maintenance requests. A few months in and management changes. Still no response to maintenance requests. Dishwasher not mounted properly, dishwasher leaking, stove broke less than a month in, no AC in bedroom, no pest control, sewage backing up in tub of main bedroom. Offered to move us to a smaller apartment for more money. The property manager is unavailable majority of the time. Big hole in yard for plumbing that was NEVER fixed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ...APPLYING.Property Manager Responded

Poor management VERY RUDE
August 27, 2019The apartments are falling apart no fire alarms in my apartment no smoke detectors no fire extinguisher my garbage disposal backs up dirty water and food in to my dishwasher and the dirty food water runs on my floor kn my apartment I have a hole in my bathroom ceiling that pours water on you when you use the bathroom I have talked to Ashley about this she does not care at all is what she told me I have reported this woman to the city she is very rude does not care about the elderly at do not move ...here there are other apartments in lake Charles that is worth the moneyRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 9, 2015The staff is nice for the most part. But the buildings are falling apart. It rained the other day and the whole rain gutter fell off the side of the apartment complex. holes in the walls on the outside. the inside of the apartment is ok. My apartment wasn't cleaned at all when we moved in, carpet had coins and torn spots. Both bathroom mirrors looks like they used to be held up by duct tape. Maintenance doesnt really do much. our air conditioner has been giving us problems sing we moved in ...monthly and they only come to look at it twice in the 10 months wewe've been here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
