My apartment flooded last year, and I was told that they don’t do final walks with residents when I moved out, only to get hit with the bill for fixing the apartment when I left. Mold, roaches, water damage, rotting furnishings, the apartments are a nightmare to live in and it’s a nightmare you’ll end up footing the bill for.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comExtremely disappointing experience. i was a resident for three years, although the complex itself has many upgrades made to it, the residents all paid the price. the "fees" and "taxes" combined with fluctuating trash fees and associated utility costs will add approximately $200 dollars a month to your base rent fee. Phone calls and emails rarely get answered. My first floor 710 sq ft apt when measured is truly only 594 sq ft. my exterior wall "leaked" when it rained and my front patio and ...entryway constantly flooded. when i moved out i paid to have the apt cleaned and was still charged $178 dollars for a final deep cleaning. A complex rep never showed up for my final walk through inspection and i was told to "take a video" of the apt when cleaned out. I could go on and on with a list of issues but its pointless. if you are searching for a place to live there are several locations in the area that are more "tenant friendly" and will cost you the same in the end.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Throughout the visit, he was incredibly transparent, informative, and personable. He showed us a total of 3 units — one of which became my preference over the one I originally came to see. When it came to explaining the numbers and processes, John was again helpful and communicative. Her and Terry have been the most welcoming and communicative with any questions or concerns that I’ve had.
