The cockroaches are a nightmare and they were here the day I moved in. I was told by pest control that because I'm on the first floor and it's summertime, I just have to deal with them. My bathroom smelled like nicotine when I moved in and there was no fix. The ceiling vent in the bathroom leaks water. The apartment was dirty at move in and I had to clean it. There was even a pot and some plastic silverware left behind by the past tenant.
Floor is already lifting in places... I've only been here ...
for less than a year. It was soft and squishy near my bedroom window so I have to be careful not to put anything on it. There has been at least 5 instances of water being shut off for extended periods because "third party contractors hit a water line." No offers of reduced rent or even bottled water for the inconvenience. Tell me why that's acceptable when one one of those days, it was around 100 degrees and the water was off for half the day???
They will NOT let you post on the community page unless it's something positive. This entire management company is an absolute nightmare and they pretend to care about their clients but... let's be real, if you did, you'd fix the constant issues. I tried to post on the community page to see if anyone else had no running water. That post was denied. This, combined with every other issue, is why I'm going public with this review.
Do NOT rent from this place. The prices are decent, but you'll be treated like garbage. You'll find a better place to live literally anywhere else.
