February 12, 2026It has been a great experience so far. Move in was easy and Hannah helped us through getting what we needed signed and put away. The apartment itself is wonderful great space and furnishing. Also a pleasant surprise so far we Jane had great communication and timely repairs for maintenance. February 14, 2025We moved from South Florida at the end of October. And honestly, we have thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. Quiet area, close to everything you need and highways. Do not move here!
October 14, 2024Do not move here. Way overpriced for what you are getting. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and cannot believe I have paid into this for so long and cannot wait until my lease ends. My mother in law passed yesterday and we have been dealing with many unexpected expenses and bc we are two weeks late on our October rent they are threatening to take us to the attorney’s office and said it will be a $350 fee on top of the $150 late fees we have already incurred. They only gave us 24hrs warning as ...well. I called and spoke to the property manager Samantha and let her know I get paid on Friday and they refuse to work with us. She expressed no empathy. I was already willing to pay the $150 late fees and I was just hoping to have some flexibility so we are not taken to the attorneys office but no, apparently they cannot do that. Mills Properties and Celtic Crossing DO NOT care about their residents, they care about one thing and that is money.Property Manager Responded
