I lived here for 2.5 years. Great location near K-7, I-35, 435. Management cares about their residents! Great interiors and love my garage! Pet friendly! Fabulous pool!

I’ve been living at Cendana over a year now, and resigning my lease was a no brainer. I absolutely love living here. The amenities are fantastic, I’ve even used their large shelter rooms for parties, and hosting my book club. The pool is so nice, it truly is like living at a resort. My dog and I also frequent the trails that lead directly up to the apartments. An honorable mention to the staff at Cendana as well. I moved into Cendana a little over a year ago and have loved it!! I have a 2 bed/2 bath with wrap around balcony overlooking a very large luxury saltwater pool. All patios are equipped to accommodate pellet and gas grills. My bedroom, kitchen and living room all have windows overlooking the pool. beautiful here! Beyond the pool I enjoy looking out at the beautiful woods and paved walking trails that connect with other trails and surrounding communities. Cendana is very pet friendly!! Has a dog park, indoor professional bath area for pets, and a fenced in area for dogs to run. And the amenities here are beyond expectation!! My apartment is bright, spacious, has beautiful granite countertops, upgraded appliances, lighting, pantry, linen closets, and luxury bathrooms and kitchen. I especially love the management and office staff!! That is a huge blessing to me! They truly make living here fun!! Every month we receive a calendar of events for the residents at Cendana to connect with neighbor residents. They also include some Olathe area events. There is usually an event per week at Cendana. Today is our Cookout at the pool which will be a blast, and they provide the food! It's hard to list everything that is so enjoyable here at Cendana!! Management is quick to make their residents happy, helping in any way they can!! And maintenance is the best there is!! Prompt and professional!! No reason to rent anywhere else!!!

Me and my loving husband moved in just about a month ago. I meant to write a review earlier I can’t remember the name of the staff member that helped us. I believe her name was lorin, but she showed us around and got us all set up! We are so happy here and all the other staff is great! There’s so much room for my at home activities while my husband works! It’s great!

We have lived here at Cendana since it opened and have been with Davis Properties for years. This Community is absolutely stunning. The amenities are top of the line including a resort pool, Bocci ball, grills, theater room, social room and game room. Even our storm shelters look like and are a great gathering space. Cendana is a beautiful community and a wonderful place to live. Excellent modern amenities and by far the best we found while touring other properties. The resort style pool is amazing and probably the highlight of the property. Leasing staff was friendly and welcoming and we were very impressed by Loryn. She was extremely informed and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her.

Horrible management and no peaceful living

Ceilings are paper thin. Or maybe that’s a result of all of the parties are thrown and integrity of the building. Not to mention the pool parties at 2am. Not to mention managements lack of accountability to adhere to a right to enjoyable living space. 10/10 would not recommend.
