The granite countertops and stainless steel appliances definitely make the kitchen a highlight, compared to outdated places around... Having an attached garage is awesome, especially for Michigan winters, and the extra office space has been a lifesaver for working from home. The private entrance and attached garage are game changers. I don't have to worry about shared hallways, and being able to pull in to unload is so easy.
