Called to verify vacancies and spoke to Pam. She was VERY short with me and not welcoming at all. The listing states W/D hook ups, however they are not available in the 1 Bedrooms. I would have considered it, however I felt as though I was bothering her when I called. I wish I had the experience of others who rave about her on here.

When i applied for apartment, I was specifically looking for W/D hookups which the ad stated it had, which after the I paid for application process found out it didn't. I was also told the property was not available for view until mid month. a week before the beginning of the month, I was told by Pam I had to sign the lease, in which I replied I would not until I see it in person, which mind you, I was told would not be available to view until middle of the month. I was told if I did not sign the ...
lease by the end of the week, I would be taken off the list. Why on earth would anyone sign something before viewing it? And being pushed to sign at the beginning of the month paying for it in full when you could not take possession until mid month.

Although understandable that you would have preferred to see the unit before signing your lease unfortunately with how few units we have available often times that is not possible. Taking the unit off the market for you and not offering it to other folks who are willing to sign without viewing it wouldn't be fair as many folks move in site unseen. Hope you were able to find somewhere else!

Overall a wonderful experience. Pam made the entire move in process so quick and easy with no stress or confusion whatsoever. Clear information and paperwork. Apartment is so clean and fresh smelling and everyone in the area is so nice. Amazing price for how much space you get and I love the layout. Great place for people of all ages. I could not have asked for a better experience!

My boyfriend and I recently began renting here.. The staff has been SO friendly, helpful and welcoming. The process could not have been better. Pam and her team are seasoned professionals and are very attentive to your needs. The townhouses are so comfy and feel like home!

Centennial Village is the by far the best place to rent from. I have had many apartments and this townhouse is the only place I've had that gives me that home feeling. The area is quite and peaceful. The outside and inside of the townhouse is very spacious. Plenty of room for kids and pets to play. Safe neighborhood with officers doing rounds throughout the day and night. Maintenance is very good about doing repairs in a timely manner. The guys are very polite and respectable. Pam is always open ...

This location is great to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It's offset from the main road and is walking distance to the wonderful things downtown canal fulton has to offer, including the walking/biking trail. Maintenance and staff are very friendly and helpful. They get to know you by name and not number.
