November 3, 2025Quick Response I submitted a claim in the morning and by that afternoon they had the AC fixed! I've never lived in an apartment before but have always heard horror stories about repairs so I was very skeptical about my issue being resolved. At Centennial Village, thru their user friendly website I was able to log into my account and submit my maintenance request! Did I mention it was fixed the SAME DAY??!!!?? November 1, 2024Great Place! Only issue I currently have is that the far access gate is bent backwards so far you have to pretty much curb check to be able to reach dial pad. And the front access gate, people have to swing so wide to access it that they have almost hit me doing so as leaving from other side.
