Terrible communication/management
March 24, 2022I tried seeing about a one bedroom they had available and tried scheduling a virtual tour. I arranged the time and gave them my information. The time came and I didn't hear anything from them, so I called and had to reschedule for another. Well an hour before my appointment, I called and made sure everything was fine because they still didn't email/call me. They assured me they would let someone know to reach out to me. My appointment time passes by and still nothing so I called again. They ...apologized and told me they will get with someone and will treat my case as a "priority." It's the next day and still haven't heard a thing. If they are this hard to get ahold of when I'm trying to give them my money, imagine what it would be like if you signed a contract with them. Great apartments, outstanding location
June 18, 2018Moved in last December (2017) and all the process went really quickly and easy. The team was helpful on giving me all the directions on what to do. Apartments were comfy and did not have any problems with it. Only had to request maintenance once for the water that was not heating but the team took care of it really quickly (less than 5min). The location is fantastic! Right by I-65 and it has everything within a short walk. 15min drive from downtown Indy. Overall, great place to live!Property Manager Responded

No so great community
April 11, 2018Management don’t acknowledge the complaints traffic here is very suspect the gates don’t close for it to be a gated community people park in car ports that aren’t assigned to them the tow service is no better when you call them they are over priced with no upgrades and I WOULD NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE ...and someone was killed over here a year ago and they still don’t have any kind of security patrolling at nightProperty Manager Responded

Old, full of problems, unsafe
July 8, 2017Pros are the overall apartment layout and storage is adequate and maintenance response is fairly quick. I know that because I have only lived here 4 months and have placed an average of 2 maintenance requests a month, including an ant infestation in a wall outlet, leaking dishwasher, leaking air conditioner, and mold in outdoor storage closet. The unit has always had a dank, musty smell about it because there is no air filtering from the HVAC unit and the dust buildup is tremendous. Although ...adjacent apartment noise does not seem to be an issue, I hear just about every move that is made from the person above me. Supposedly "gated" community, but security gates NEVER work. The community was also alerted of another resident being "fatally injured" about a month ago, reminding us to keep our doors locked and such. Needless to say, I do not feel safe. I had planned to stay here for a few years when I moved in, but will not be renewing my lease when the year is up.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2015I love living at Center Point Apartments. They're a one-minute drive from the highway, close to shopping and eating, and it's a gated community. They have modern amenities like a wifi lounge. The office is very presentable, and the one bedroom apartment that I currently rent is pretty spacious. The maintenance takes a few days, but none of my requests have been extremely urgent. Overall, great experience!Review from Apartments.com
The best staff/best complex
July 22, 2015My quiet living in the woods is unparalleled on the west side of Indianapolis. The staff in the complex ensures I live a life of complete luxury and ease. The ponds are kept clean and beautiful to entertain the many Canadians (geese) that live here rent free. The carports ensure our cars are kept out of the elements and warm in the winter.
