March 25, 2024I have seen much improvement since the apartments have been recently taken over by new management. The new office manager Mrs. Perryman has been very professional and easy to work with. She is quick to respond to any of your concerns by emails or by a phone call. They have installed new washer and dryer for the residents..which is a great benefit!!! Overall, I'm very impressed with the new owners and management.Review from Apartments.com
Nice area,somewhat quiet(but have RATS)
July 15, 2020Nice area,somewhat quiet they are convenient to stores,but I caught a rat,due to the electrical hole that has been made larger due to rats behind my stove.They come through that hole into my stove. Scare I'd be cooking and one run out. Maintenance,they only have one guy,you'll wait forever to get things fixed,the pest control they use are not worth much.This place maybe for you or not.Review from Apartments.com
