Its cool living
January 17, 2020This apt complex is nice and fairly quiet, depending on your neighbors. Maintenance is quick. However, inaccurate info was given regarding parking resulting in my car being towed... Towing company is not nice.... Overall a nicely renovated apt.Property Manager Responded

Love it!!!
March 31, 2017I moved here in December 2016 and I totally love it!!! It was the best choice for me and my family. I looked at other apartments in Waldorf but nothing compared to Center Pointe. The staff is exceptional. When you have a issue they are on it immedialtely. My neighbors are quiet, parking is great and the grounds are kept clean. I havent had any issue with noise or my neighbors. If you are looking for a new home , a safe home for you and your family I would suggest Center Pointe Apartments you will ...not regret it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
December 28, 2016I've read the reviews of this complex on other sites. The ones that are low rates are from when it was Holly Tree not the new Center Pointe, the place is completely different with this new Company. They've done a heck of a job to get rid of the stigma that it has based on what it was bot what it is or will become. I've lived here for just over a month now and couldn't be happier. Neighbors are quiet, grounds and entry ways into building are always clean. Any issues we've had are fixed the same ...day they are reported. With the remodels going on there's some noise but it didn't start til mid morning. The ladies in the leasing office are amazing and very helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the Ketler and Apts of St.Charles regime and rent from a company that actually treats you like a person and a family not a source of rental income.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
