Best building I've personally lived at in the greater Boston area. Love the friendliness of residents and the responsiveness of management and maintenance. There’s a real sense of community here. The building itself is very well maintained and is in a beautiful and super central area. I’ve lived here for about a year now and can't see myself leaving anytime soon

We were initially catfished when we arrived to Boston with our initial apartment and had to evacuate immediately. We came to Center And Stone who very efficiently gave us a tour and welcomed us into the building so that we could get out of our hotel. They also keep the lobby and other areas impressively clean compared to any other place. I’ve been. I’ve enjoyed living here very much. The team takes the time to get to know the residents, and I’ve appreciated the resident events they host. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the T stop across the street is convenient without being too noisy. Center and stone is a great place to live. The maintenance team responds promptly to issues (they are great!), the building is well maintained and kept clean, and it is a fairly quiet community. Location is great as well, with a ton of restaurant and shop options nearby, on top of being across from the red line, making it easy to get into Boston. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and would recommend it!

I looked at many communities around greater Boston before choosing Center & Stone. I've been living here for over 8 months now and it's been a really great experience. The facilities are great and well-maintained, the team is very helpful and responds fast. It's right next to a T and commuter rail stop, and is also in downtown Quincy with a lot of great food spots around.
