Do your research
December 14, 2023These may be new apartments but they are not immune to problems. Very noisy at times. Cars with modified mufflers and motorcycles fly up and down the main road constantly. The apartments are not sound proof. You hear every step someone makes and every door, cabinet or drawer shut. When you or anyone else flushes a toilet, the pipes in the wall shake. Horrible humidity in the summer and in the winter, the cold air just gushes through the windows. No seals whatsoever. There’s 40+ apartment units in ...my building and a whopping 35, if that, parking spaces. Which means if you get home later, you’ll be parking several buildings over and having to walk. Sometimes maintenance shows up the same day you submit a request. Other times they show up 3 days later. For apartments that cost as much as these do, you shouldn’t have to deal with half of the problems that go on here. It’s a nice complex and I couldn’t wait to move in but now I can’t wait to move out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Noisy Place.
November 2, 2023just moved in, and I hate it here. The noise from upstairs neighbors keeps me up all night. I have emailed the property manager twice, but there has been no response. I have filed noise complaints, and there has been no change. Suppose you have a job that requires you to be up early-... I recommend you avoid living here. I am so unhappy; it is one of my biggest regrets right now. I’m always exhausted at work because I don’t get enough sleep. Amenities are good…Review from Apartments.com

October 22, 2021Very pleased with the staff (Katie and Tammy are outstanding) Apartments come with a ton of amenities - wood laminate floors throughout, Wi-Fi, Amazon Hub onsite, awesome onsite workout facility open 24/7, clubhouse with gametablle and pool table, blinds in all windows standard, and many more conveniences not found in most rental properties. Nice apartments
September 22, 2021These are very nice, new apartments set back from the main road. The fitness center is very modern and very clean. The pool is beautiful and modern. They are still in the building process but overall not an issue. Plenty of parking. Tammy and Katie in the leasing office are nice and very helpful if you have any questions or issues. The surrounding location has plenty of shopping and the Bon Secours medical center nearby.Property Manager Responded

August 7, 2021When I moved in, I was aware that parts of the property was still under construction. However, no one in the leasing office told me that they were still working on the apartment above mine. My first night here, the construction/cleaning crew was here in the apartment above mine for sometime until about 11 PM; I couldn't get any sleep from them slamming things, stomping and yelling and this was late at night. I thought they usually stopped working around 5 or 6, so I wasn't expecting that. That ...whole first week, I had to deal with heavy construction noise above my head, and there were other occasions where construction was up there past 10 despite the leasing office saying they would talk to them. I've lived in other newly constructed properties and have not dealt with anything like this. I was told that they would be working up there until the end of that week. Two weeks later, this is still going on and they even start early in the morning on weekends. This is truly insane. I am also not happy with the response I received from the leasing office; they told me to call the cops if they were here past a certain hour. incredible staff
July 25, 2021Katie and Tammy have been incredible in helping my husband and I settle into our new apartment here at Center West. We have been communicating back and forth with them for a while and they were always extremely responsive and helpful. They work so kind and always worked to get an answer to any questions my husband and I had. We moved in this week and they have been just as wonderful. July 20, 2021Tammy and Katie in the leasing office are always so helpful! they are prompt at fixing any issues and answering any questions. Everyone I have met here has been so kind and considerate and very rarely have i hear my neighbors- which says a lot because I am home almost all the time. The pool and 24 hour gym are amazing!
