The staff are friendly, the amenities are excellent, the units are new and very clean and of top quality, and the location is conveniently near public transit as well as local spots in Roosevelt, Green Lake, and the UW campus. The website was well-updated, and the team was responsive over email (which was a blessing as I did not have a US phone number yet). The leasing team was patient and friendly when I asked a ton of questions about the community and leasing process, and provided me with well-taken video tours of available units. I signed the lease without physically viewing the unit, and everything was pretty much to ...my expectations once I moved in. I felt very supported during my move-in process too.
