Only complaint is that maintenance sometimes takes a few days to get to your request which was irritating. However, the property is clean and quiet, and I've never had any bad interactions with neighbors or staff. My apartment is cozy and my dog loves it. Would recommend if you're going to UCA and looking for an affordable and nice apartment!
