    Just moved in a week ago and everything went smoothly. The building and unit are kept very clean. It’s also a great location, close to downtown and the shopping area. The leasing team, Emma and Ayla, were very helpful with the apartment tour and move-in process

    This is a great area for dogs! The property sits right by the Pufferbelly trail and there is a park near by. They have lots of dog poop bags around the property, which makes it nice for easy clean up. Everyone in the office has been so professional and helpful! Shout out to Ayla for all her help! I highly recommend Centlivre.

    I’ve been living in and around the downtown area for ten years and this is the definitely the best place I’ve lived in every way. Other landlords or property managers don’t care about you or your standard of living, but the people at Centlivre and the services they offer will make you feel like royalty. We are always greeted in the leasing office with a smile, and know exactly where to go for help. The amenities are lovely and so is the environment overall!
