I lived in Central gardens Grand for 2 years. It is a great place to live in. The apartment is spacious, the property manager Youland, is very professional, accommodating, knows all the residents by name and goes the extra mile to make the place a home. Kudos to the maintenance and cleaning team that keeps the building in top condition.

My wife and I toured this beautiful community in PGA. We relocated from NY roughly 2 years ago and moved into another development. We do wish we would have found Central Gardens Grand back then. We are so delighted to find a community that is pristine, well maintained, spacious and the best kept secret. Not to mention the entire staff. THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS, TOP NOTCH. Don't think there is a nicer place to stay unless you are in your own home in the Gardens than here at the Grand.
